How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred Harvest Porch package, choose your delivery week, add on our optional Harvest Farewell pickup service if you’d like. At checkout, you’ll confirm your details, and we’ll take care of the rest — so you can look forward to a cozy, styled porch for the season.  We will send you an email with further details.

Question 2

Do I need to be home during setup?

Nope! You don’t need to be home. We’ll deliver and style your porch with care, and you’ll come home to a beautiful and cozy fall pumpkin display.

Question 3

How long will my pumpkins last?

Accepted Answer

Pumpkin life can vary depending on the weather and temperature. We use the freshest pumpkins, but recommend keeping them shaded and dry to help them last longer.

Do you offer custom packages for weddings or special events?

Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind seasonal displays that make your event unforgettable. Whether it’s a wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, corporate event, or a special celebration, we can design a custom porch or venue display tailored to your vision.   Pricing is custom.  Feel free to reach out to us for a personalized quote.

What happens at the end of the season?

We offer an optional Harvest Farewell (pickup service). We’ll return to remove your pumpkins and clear your porch, making it easy and stress-free.  Whenever possible, pumpkins will be donated to local farms for animals to enjoy or composting them, giving your harvest a second life.  Weeks of pickup are the week after Halloween or the weeks before or after Thanksgiving.

Do pumpkins vary?

Yes. Pumpkins may vary with the season’s harvest, but each display is always styled with the same cozy, welcoming beauty.

Question 7

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because pumpkins are fresh and seasonal, we are unable to accept returns once your porch is styled.
If you need to cancel your order, cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund.

Question 8

Can I split a package with a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Splitting is available only with our Harvest Abundance package. If you and a friend live within 2–3 miles of each other, we can divide the pumpkins between both porches during delivery.

What is your delivery service area?

We currently deliver and design in Amelia, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan,  and Richmond. For homes beyond our service area, contact us directly. We’d love to see how we can bring the harvest to you!

Question 10

When should I expect my delivery and set up?

Accepted Answer

We deliver in the late afternoons, evenings, and on weekends.  Come home to a cozy, finished porch. Your exact delivery day will be emailed the week before.
